Wes Nicholson
Wes is a Senior Associate with the firm. His practice focuses on patent related matters including patent preparation and prosecution. He has particular experience in performing due diligence analysis for patent transactions, providing legal reviews of infringement assertions in preparation for licensing and litigation activities, and supporting portfolio management including targeted patent prosecution.
Wes’s technical experience includes the fields of consumer electronics, software, hardware, semiconductor process, device and packaging, and wireless.
Prior to joining the legal profession, Wes was a physical design verification engineer for Intel Corporation with responsibilities as manager for post silicon physical design verification of processors.
